THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (SOUTHWELL ROAD, HALLOUGHTON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND NO WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2017(NK247-16)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Nottinghamshire County Council has
made an Order, under Section 14 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effects will in respect of roads at
Halloughton in the District of Newark
and Sherwood: -
1. No person shall cause any vehicle to
proceed and wait, load and unload
(both sides) in the following length of
road: -
Southwell Road, for its whole
length.
2. IT IS INTENDED that the prohibition
respecting the above road or roads
will apply as follows: -
From 07:00 hours on Sunday 8th
January 2017 until 18:00 hours
on Saturday 14th January 2017
inclusive.
The Order will come into force on 8th
January 2017 and any prohibition
in it shall apply on that day and any
subsequent day when necessary to
enable works to be carried out. The
Order shall continue in force until the
works are completed (within a maximum
period of 18 months).
The prohibition is required to enable
carriageway resurfacing works to be
carried out.
