The Nottinghamshire County Council (Newark on Trent, Un-named Road heading south east from Bowbridge Lane roundabout to Staple Lane) (24 Hour Main Carriageway Clearway) Order (3258) 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Nottinghamshire County Council has
made an Order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which
will be, in respects of roads at Newark
on Trent and Balderton in the District of
Newark and Sherwood:-
1. No person shall stop on the main carriageway
in the District of Newark and
Sherwood for the length of road listed in
Schedule 1.
Schedule 1
Un-named road heading south east from
Bowbridge Lane roundabout to Staple
Lane - from a point 83 metres east of
its junction with Bowbridge Lane roundabout
in a generally easterly then south
easterly direction to a point approximately
45 metres north west of its’ junction
with Staple Lane.
Relevant documents may be inspected
at during opening hours:-
(a) The Nottinghamshire County
Council, County Hall, Loughborough
Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham
NG2 7QP.
(b) Newark Library, Beaumond Gardens,
Baldertongate, Newark,
NG24 1UW.
THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO
FORCE ON THE 9TH DAY OF JANUARY
2017.
The above Order will prevent vehicles
stopping on the main carriageway of the
new link road.
