Rock legends Iron Maiden continue their successful The Book Of Souls world tour at the Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham, on Thursday, May 4.
It is the first date of the UK leg of the tour.
Bass player Steve Harris said: “The whole band is enjoying this tour and although we love playing festivals and stadiums, it is terrific to return to the intimacy and atmosphere of arenas.
“The songs from The Book Of Souls album and the new Maya-themed Eddies and stage sets have gone down really well and fan reaction has been amazing. And, of course, we know our fans appreciate us playing a lot of the older songs too, which we will continue to do.”
Another music legend, folk-rock star Bob Dylan, is at the Motorpoint Arena on Friday, May 5.
The singer, who was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature last year, is touring with his band following the release of his 37th studio, Fallen Angels.
Comedian Micky Flanagan returns to the arena on Wednesday with his latest tour, An’ Another Fing.
The London comic was last at the arena in 2013 with his Back In The Game tour, which — at 129 shows — was the biggest comedy tour in the world that year.
Flanagan is starring in a new series on Sky 1, The Micky Flanagan Detours, that will see him declutter his mind of the big questions that keep him awake at night.
