Firefighters tackled two fires at a derelict stable in Bingham which they believe could have been started deliberately.
A crew from Bingham was called out to the stable, behind Lidl on Chapel Lane, twice on Wednesday night to tackle two separate fires.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue said: "Deliberate fires tie up our crews and mean that they may be significantly delayed in getting to a much more serious, and potentially life-threatening, incident.
"As well as this, they cause the horrendous damage that can be seen in our picture.
"Please be vigilant if you live in the area."
The incidents have been reported to the police.
