Fly-tipping has again blighted neighbouring villages.
Mattresses and three-piece suites were dumped in the entrance to fields at Crow Lane, South Muskham, and Trent Lane, Little Carlton.
Parish council chairman Mr Howard Clack said the villages were regularly affected by fly-tipping.
He believes those responsible do not have the correct permits to dispose of waste or have failed to register their vehicles at county council tips.
He urged anyone who believed the dumped items may have been from their property to report whoever collected it to Newark and Sherwood District Council.
