25-years service award for catering manager at Reg Taylor's Garden Centre, Normanton

A catering manager has won an award for services at a garden centre.

Mrs Janice Button has been working for Reg Taylor's Garden Centre, Normanton for 25 years.

Janice joined the company in 1993 and has transformed the Tea Rooms.

She said:“It has been wonderful developing the Tea Room over the years into a fully Licensed Restaurant and Tea Room.

"I am backed up by some marvellous staff and it has been a pleasure to work here.”

Some of the company's directors presented the head of catering with the award.

Mr Richard Taylor said: “It was a great achievement and a pleasure to work with such a good chef, Janice and her team work tirelessly to bring locally grown, fresh produce to their extensive menu.”
