A 56-year-old man who died in A57 crash is named




A man who died in a crash on the A57 has been named.

The incident involving a motorbike occurred on August 26 near Ragnall at around 4pm.

The 56-year-old man has been named as Nick Strickson from Newark Road in Swinderby, Lincolnshire.

Mr Strickson died at the scene.

His family have asked for privacy at this time and provided a tribute.

"And when the time came to take your last ride, I can bet that you did with a smile, because you loved to ride on a sunny day, and you did to the very last mile.

"In memory of Dad xxx"
