A46 shut at Newark due to crash

The A46 at Newark is currently closed due to a crash.
The road is closed and there is queueing traffic on the A46 both ways from the A617 cattle market roundabout to the A1 Newark Showground/air museum turn off.
Congestion is reported to all approaches to the cattle market roundabout, Lincoln Road and A17. Further updates here.
Severe delays of at least 12 minutes are reported.
