A Collingham ploughing match takes place this weekend.
The annual Collingham Agricultural Society Spring Ploughing Match will take place on Sunday at Plot Lane, South Scarle.
There will be more than 70 plough men, women and juniors competing. Event organiser Robert Bett said: “We’re pleased to welcome back to the event former England champion Ashley Boyles. We have more than a dozen entries in the vintage trail section and at the last count we are expecting 14 little grey fergies.”
The event starts at 10am and is free for spectators. A raffle will be held on the day to raise money for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
