Assault in Navenby

Police are appealing for information about an assault that happened in the carpark of the Lion and Royal pub, High Street, Navenby at about 12.30am yesterday (Sunday).
A 20-year-old local man left the pub via the side door and went into the car park. The victim says that two people were in the carpark and one of them hit him. He sustained a swollen top lip and his front teeth were pushed in. He also had bruising to his left arm. Anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the pub carpark is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 0300 111 0300 quoting incident number 50 of May 16.
