Chesters pub in Balderton closes after landlord and landlady test positive for coronavirus




A pub is in Balderton has closed after its landlord and landlady tested positive for coronavirus.

Nigel and Fiona Ducker, of Chesters, on Main Street, said the pub would remained closed for at least ten days.

In a Facebook post they said: "We have made the decision to close Chesters for at least ten days as we have both tested positive for COVID-19, and we wish to keep all of our employees and customers safe.

"Track and trace will be in contact with all relevant customers.

"We hope all of our customers and employees stay safe and well during these times. We will see you again soon."
