Young and old brass musicians show off skills at Newark Town Training Band recruitment evening

Brass musicians young and old were invited to show their skills at a recruitment evening of Newark Town Training Band.

The launch was well attended by beginners and more seasoned musicians looking to, at some point in the future, join the well-established Newark Town Band.

Rehearsals of the training band take place every Wednesday at the Bridge Community Centre on Lincoln Road from 6pm.

Instruments can be provided.
