Staff and patients from Newark’s Beaumond House Community Hospice will benefit from new technology equipment presented by Team Knowhow in the town.
Three computers and two laptops have been presented for use by the hospice’s care teams and hospice-at-home nurses, to help with administration.
The Team Knowhow distribution centre in Newark distributes electronics and electrical goods nationwide.
The computers and laptops for the hospice were bought with money from Team Knowhow’s Spirit Fund, which is raised by colleagues at the Newark site.
Team Knowhow engagement manager Jude Sadler presented the equipment to registered nurse Karen Brown and day therapy co-ordinator Wilma Robinson at Beaumond House.
