Beermuda Triangle beer festival is back at Just Beer Micropub, Fox and Crown and Prince Rupert

Beer-lovers have a long weekend to look forward to as three Newark pubs host a four-day beer festival.

Just Beer Micropub in Swan and Salmon Yard off Castlegate, the Fox and Crown on Appletongate and the Prince Rupert on Stodman Street have joined forces again for their annual Beermuda Triangle beer festival.

Duncan Neil, of Just Beer Micropub, said there would be more than 50 beers for people to try, ranging from one-off specials and local brews to some from further afield.

“There will be some you won’t see very often or even never at all in Newark,” he said.

He said previous festivals had seen many people travelling from out of town to enjoy the different beers.

“It has become very well established on the beer-lovers’ calendar.”

The Beermuda Triangle Beer Festival runs from until Sunday at all three pubs.
