Sundown Adventureland named among UK’s top theme parks for 2025
A well-loved children’s theme park in Nottinghamshire has been ranked the 4th best theme park in the UK for children in 2025.
According to new research from outdoor play specialists, Outdoor Toys, the Sundown Adventureland theme park in Rampton was ranked fourth among 10 other theme parks dedicated to children.
The study, released ahead of the busy summer holidays, analysed everything from entry fees and the number of rides to hotel prices and TripAdvisor reviews.
With 29 rides tailored specifically for young children, three food outlets, and an impressive TripAdvisor rating of 4.4 stars, Sundown Adventureland scored a solid 5.95 out of 10.
Some of Sundown Adventureland's favourites include the Robin Hood Ride, Storybook Village, and the Rocky Mountain Railroad combine gentle thrills with whimsical storytelling.
With a peak summer ticket price of £24 for children, it’s also one of the most affordable options on the list, a welcome fact for families looking to make memories without breaking the bank.
Annual Google searches for the park have topped 750,000, showing the growing interest in the theme park in the Nottinghamshire countryside.
