A village primary school has been classed as outstanding in all areas in its latest Ofsted inspection.

The report on Coddington Primary School says that at the time of the previous inspection it was a good school with outstanding leadership by the head, Mr Steve Daykin.

Significant improvements have occurred during the past three years and as a result it is now an outstanding school.

The inspector, Mr David Speakman, said pupils at all levels achieve exceptionally well and they reach well above average standards by the time they are due to leave school.
