An accident on the A1 southbound has blocked the carriageway, causing long delays.
Lincolnshire Police were called to a road traffic collision between a lorry and a vehicle on the A1 between the B6326 turn-off at Balderton and Valley Lane at Long Bennington) at 9.14am this morning.
No one was injured in the incident.
The collision has caused queuing traffic for several miles, currently up to the Beacon Hill Road turn-off, and motorists are asked to avoid the area.
