Convicted of driving without due care and attention on Old Rufford Road at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court




A motorist has been convicted of driving without due care and attention.

MG driver Neil Brown, 44, of The Markhams, Ollerton, had pleaded not guilty to the offence, committed on Old Rufford Road, but was found guilty after trial at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £60, told to pay £334 in costs and was awarded three penalty points on his driver’s licence.
