Copper cable coverings dumped on the Newark Half-marathon route in Elston

Copper cable coverings were dumped in a village on the Newark Half-marathon route just 24 hours before the race took place.
Saturday’s fly-tip at the roadside in Elston was reported to Newark and Sherwood District Council along with the numberplate of a van believed to have been involved.
