COURT LISTINGS: Driving an HGV with a second vehicle as a load on the back and elderly woman conditionally discharged after her dog bit someone at a Sainsbury's store
This week's Nottingham Magistrates' Court listings have been released.
Cases in the Newark area include the conditional discharge of an elderly woman whose dog bit someone at a Sainsbury's store and a £870 bill for a man who ran a red light.

AN ELDERLY woman was conditionally discharged at Nottingham Magistrates' Court after her German Shepherd bit someone.
Sandra Rowlson, 72, of Cockett Lane, Farnsfield, lost control of her dog at Sainsbury's on Sir John Robinson Way, Nottingham.
She pleaded guilty to the offence of having a dog dangerously out of control and was ordered to pay £250 in compensation, and costs of £105.
To avoid her dog being put down, Rowlson must ensure it is kept under proper control.
She cannot take it into the Sainsbury's carpark, it must be under the control of someone aged 16 or over; and fitted with a muzzle to prevent it biting anybody.
The dog can be put down if any of the conditions are not adhered to.
A THIEF pleaded guilty to stealing items from a Co-op.
Winston Churchill, of Stathern Walk, Nottingham, admitted to taking items from the store on Main Road, Radcliffe.
The 54-year-old was ordered to be detained in the courthouse for the rest of the day by way of punishment and pay £85 costs.
A MAN was jailed for 16 weeks after he pleaded guilty to a series of offences.
Kashmir Purewal, of Belvoir Close, Whatton, admitted assaulting a girl by throwing a bottle, causing her actual bodily harm.
The 22-year-old must pay the girl £150 in compensation.
He was handed a two-year restraining order not contact the victim or to go to an address or a village associated with her.
The defendant further pleaded guilty to three offences of driving whilst uninsured and disqualified, and was disqualified for another 18 months.
The offences were committed on Nuthall Road, Nottingham, Harby Road, Langar, and Nottingham Road (A46), Bingham.
Each offence involved Purewal driving an HGV with a second vehicle as a load on the back.
One of the loads, a VW Golf was damaged and Purewal was ordered to pay £150 in compensation to the owner, after he admitted criminal damage.
He also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis.
