Car stolen from scene of crash on A52 found by officers from Nottinghamshire Police

A car that was stolen from the site of a crash while awaiting recovery has been found.

Nottinghamshire Police issued an appeal after the car was stolen from the A52 while waiting to be recovered.

The blue Peugeot 107 was involved in a collision on the A52 between Elton and Bottesford on December 4 and was left on the side of the road.

The car was awaiting collection by the owner's insurance company, however, it was found to have been stolen from this location on Sunday, December 5.
