Cyclist with cerebral palsy robbed of bike
A cyclist with cerebral palsy was left injured on the ground after a group of youths allegedly pushed him over and stole his bicycle.
The robbery took place at approximately 3.15pm on Monday, August 15, on the bridge cycle track in London Road, Newark.
The 19-year-old victim, from Newark, suffered cuts and grazes in the attack, which is believed to have been perpetrated by four teenage boys.
The stolen bike is an old red BMX with white writing on it.
One of the suspects is described as approximately 15-years-old wearing a green ‘No Fear’ T'shirt with black sleeves.
