Remember a loved one with a Forever Feather while supporting Beaumond House, Newark

Beaumond House invites you to remember a loved one by purchasing and dedicating a Forever Feathe; a unique handmade glass feather created by a Newark glass artist.

Purchasing a feather will support the hospice to continue to provide the highest quality hospice care to all those within Newark and Sherwood.

Laura has reserved a Forever Feather in memory of her late mum, Sue, who was cared for by Beaumond House before she died in March of this year.

“Mum could not have been better cared for. She was treated with such care, kindness, dignity, and love. As were we all. Beaumond House was a home from home. Even now, visiting is like ‘coming home’. It is simply not possible to describe the feel you get from Beaumond House.”

All feathers will initially form part of a collective wall display at Beaumond House. Everyone who buys a feather, will be invited to attend a service to view the display, to remember and to give thanks for loved ones who have died. The hospice hope to bring comfort and a sense of peace to all those who helped to create it.

There will be an opportunity to add a personalised tag to each feather after the display period has ended.

Each feather is priced at £17.50. Based on sales of 300 feathers, £7.50 will go towards the cost of the feather and personalisation, a minimum of £10 will be donated to the Hospice.
