Romans' Quarter, Bingham, to expand with development of 254 additional properties

Developer David Wilson Homes is progressing with a new phase of homes at its Romans’ Quarter development in Bingham.

Following sales success at its first phase of 148 homes at the development, the housebuilder is now constructing an additional 254 properties off Chapel Lane, which includes 51 affordable homes for shared ownership or rent.

A greater range of two to five bedroom properties are available for buyers to reserve at the growing community, including a limited number of unique state-of-the-art house styles.
