Appeal : Did you see man acting suspiciously in Bingham?

Police are investigating a report of a man acting suspiciously in a car in Bingham on Monday.
A woman reportedly saw the man acting suspiciously in the Carnarvon Place area of Bingham at around 3.10pm.
The man is described as white, of a medium build, around 40-years-old with short brown hair and was wearing glasses. He was said to be wearing blue shorts.
He was driving a bright blue BMW saloon type car.
