Drivers banned from the roads among latest Nottingham Magistrates’ Court cases

Adam Hutton, 30, of Beck Gardens, Grantham, was sentenced at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on February 26, for the offence, which took place on Sleaford Road, Coddington, on May 18, 2024.
The Ford driver was found guilty on September 27, 2024.

Also sentenced on the same day was Anna Bianca Spick, 32, of Labray Road, Calverton, who had 18 points added to her licence but avoided disqualification.
Spick on three occasions, in September and October 2024, failed to give police information relating to the driver of a Land Rover alledged to be guilty of an offence.

Spick avoided disqualification as the court found exceptional hardship as she would be unable to take her children to school and partner to work.
