Bingham fire crew help with dog rescue at Cropwell Bishop

Crews from Bingham Fire Station have assisted with an animal rescue incident just outside Cropwell Bishop.
They were called to reports that a dog had fallen into a dry, empty canal.
They rescued its and returned it to its grateful owners.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said the person who called in the incident was able to give the exact location of the incident using the what3words app.
Every three metre by three metre square in the world has a three-word address. In giving those three words, emergency services can navigate to the precise location.
