Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service speak to residents about fire safety following Collingham fire




Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service has been visiting residents in the community following the fatal house fire in Collingham last weekend.

Staff from the prevention team, firefighters and volunteers from departments including, resources and finance, have spoken to more than 2,000 people.

They have also carried out approximately 120 safe and well visits.

In a statement on their website they said: "We would like to thank everyone in the local community for their support whilst we dealt with this devastating incident, and our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Justine, Isabella, Harvey and Gavin Collison at this time."
