Collingham Fire Station in Nottinghamshire pays a stunning tribute to White Ribbon Day

Organisations across the country have paid tribute to White Ribbon Day, today (Saturday, November 25).

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service have brought awareness to the day by pledging to change the story by ending violence against women and girls.

Their efforts have been reflected at Collingham Fire Station where firefighters made a work of art out of their equipment to show their support.

The artwork which features items that the firefightersuse for work including ladders and hoses was showcased at the station next to a fire engine.

The photograph of the artwork has received overwhelmingly positive reactions on social media.
