Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service in attendance at Newark bungalow fire

Firefighters are currently tackling a bungalow fire, with the public asked to avoid the area.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service currently has three fire engines in attendance at a bungalow fire on Linseed Avenue, Newark.

The fire is currently producing a large smoke plume.

The service has appealed for the public to avoid the area and keep windows and doors closed nearby.
