Nottinghamshire Police arrested two men and two women on Monday in connection with a distraction burglary in South Muskham.




FOUR people have been arrested in connection with a distraction burglary.

The offenders arrived in a silver BMW at a 71-year-old woman's home in Church Lane, South Muskham, at around 2.10pm on Sunday (23 June).

Three of them went into the victim's home after asking to buy eggs, and stole cash and an iPad Mini.

Nottinghamshire Police arrested two men, both aged 49, and two women, both aged 37, on Monday in connection with the incident, and they have each been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for witnesses, and anyone who saw a silver BMW in South Muskham around midday on Sunday (24 June), to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 469 of 23 June 2019.
