Fire crews take four people with serious injuries from house fire in Collingham




Four people with serious injuries have been taken from a house on Woodhill Road, Collingham, this morning.

Emergency services were called at 7am to reports of a fire.

One crew from Collingham, two from Newark, one from Southwell and a command support unit from Mansfield were sent to the scene.

A spokesman for the police said the fire has been put out and four people taken from the property by the fire and rescue crews.

A section of the street is currently blocked off to allow for a joint fire and police investigation to take place.

Anyone with any information should contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 189 of December 15 2018.
