A Newark charity is warning people to be vigilant after a spate of fraudulent activity in their name.

Beaumond House Community Hospice has released a statement after police alerted them to the fact that goods are being fraudulently sold on their behalf.

The hospice has reassured locals that they never sell items door-to-door, and any suspicious activities should be reported to the police.
