Newark estate agent Edlin and Jarvis wins gold in The British Property Awards

An estate agent has won gold for its customer service in an milestone year.

Edlin & Jarvis, on Middlegate, Newark, took the accolade in the British Property Award for Newark ­— just as the company celebrates it’s fifth year in business.

Edlin and Jarvis opened in 2017, with a team of two and has since expanded, including a recent move to a larger office.

The estate agent’s now four-strong team under went independent judging which focused on the business’ customer service.

Company director Marie Edlin said: “The first time you hear about the award is when you are in the top three.

“We are really proud of having the best customer service because that is what we tell people we are all about.”

Robert McLean, of The British Property Awards, said: “If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.
