Gridlock at Fernwood bridge (B6326) as new A1 service station development continues

Traffic is moving slowly due to temporarily traffic lights at the site of a new service station.
Traffic coming from Fernwood to Balderton on the B6326 is currently queuing beyond the turn-off at Hollowdyke Lane.
Vehicles are queuing from both Fernwood exits.
Traffic lights are positioned either side of Fernwood bridge while the development for the new service station off the A1 at Balderton/Fernwood continues.
Traffic is not as heavy heading towards Fernwood with cars queuing up until the Staple Lane turn-off.
