Newark's Sports Direct Gym announces closure

A Newark gym will close next month, it has been announced.
Sports Direct Fitness on Northern Road will be shutting its doors on Thursday, November 11.
Members were notified of the closure via email today (Monday) and have been given a month to find alternative arrangements.
Members have been given the opportunity to transfer to the Everlast Fitness Club on Tritton Road, Lincoln.
The gym housed one of only two public swimming pools in town, with the other located at Newark Sports & Fitness Centre, off Bowbridge Road.
