Hand dryer stolen from disabled toilet at Newark McDonald's

Police are seeking a man after a hand dryer was stolen from the disabled toilet of Newark McDonald's, on October 1.
The man has been described as white with short, dark hair, of medium build and wearing a blue polo shirt, faded blue jeans and brown boots.
