Newark and Sherwood District Council launch review of local validation checklist for planning applications

A review of the local validation checklist for planning applications has been launched by Newark and Sherwood District Council.

Since 2008 local planning authorities are required to publish checklists, referred to as the local list, used to validate the planning applications they receive and these are required to be reviewed every two years.

Consultation is being held as part of the review.

The consultation is open until April 12 at 5pm.
