Horse rescued by fire crews from River Trent

Two fire crews from Newark and a specialist rescue team from Tuxford helped guide a horse to safety after it fell into the river.
The incident happened at 9.37am this morning on Tolney Lane, Newark.
It took crews an hour to guide the horse back onto dry land using a power boat and lines.
The horse was safely rescued and reunited with it's owner.
