Here's your chance to join in with a national rainbow colouring project in support of the NHS - Newark Advertiser colouring competition

The Advertiser colouring section has been taken over by a rainbow this week.

Pictures have started popping up in people's windows to spread positivity and provide a game of I spy for children when they are out.

Already photos have been shared on our social media of the brightly coloured rainbows in the windows of homes in Newark, Bingham and Southwell.

The idea is believed to have originated in Italy.

Our competition is open to children of all ages. All you need to do is print out the picture, get your markers out, and give it your best shot.

Once finished, send your pictures in to news@newarkadvertiser.co.uk and your picture might just be in the newspaper.
