Newark Well Being show at Newark Showground this weekend

A mind, body and soul experience is coming to Newark Showground this weekend.

The Newark Well Being Show ­— Mind, Body and Soul Experience ­— is at the venue on Saturday and Sunday.

It will feature a host of workshops, yoga, stalls and demonstrations across both days.

It will range from relaxing treatments and buying crystals or gifts to courses and workshops in hypnotherapy or alternative therapies.

There is also a children's activity area where younger visitors can sit with their parents/carers and take part in crafting and colouring.

The daily admission fee is £5, but for the whole weekend it is £8.

On Saturday the event starts at 10am until 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

It takes place in the Lady Eastwood Centre at the showground.
