North Muskham restaurant Ashiana Indian Restaurant has been named Best in Nottinghamshire in Curry Life Awards

THE Ashiana Indian Restaurant at North Muskham has been named Best in Nottinghamshire for the second year running in the prestigious Asian food awards, the Curry Life Awards.

Speaking from the Royal Lancaster Gate hotel in London, where the awards ceremony took place, owner of the Ashiana Indian Restaurant, Saiqul Miah, said: “We were amazed when we won two Curry Life awards last year, and we are just stunned and honoured to have won another award in 2018.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Delighting them is our sole purpose when we open the doors every evening and we are so grateful for their support.

“My head chef, Shimul Ahmed, his kitchen brigade and the front-of house team all work so hard to deliver an authentic and contemporary Indian dining experience seven days a week, using only the freshest, high quality ingredients.

“This award wouldn’t be possible without their dedication and hard work, combined with the patronage of our wonderful customers.

"Today, we really do feel like the Kings of Curry.”
