A man who burgled a shop owned by a star of The Apprentice has been jailed for 16 weeks.
Shane Barthorpe, 29, of Tithe Barn Court, Newark, stole children's clothing valued at £2,788.44 from Pud in St Marks Place.
The shop is owned by Frances Bishop, who finished third in last year's series of The Apprentice.
Barthorpe was sentenced at Nottingham Magistrates' Court and jailed because of his previous record for dishonesty and for committing the offence while out on licence from prison.
He was ordered to pay back £235 in compensation.
