Planning applications submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council for decision




The following planning applications have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council for decision:

Besthorpe: Application to determine if prior approval is required for change of use of existing barn to create three dwelling/houses and for building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion under Schedule 2 Part 3 Class Q, at Portal Frame Building, Primrose Hill, Main Road, by Hobills Ltd.

Besthorpe: Application to determine if prior approval is required for change of use of existing barn to create two dwellings/houses and for building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion under Schedule 2 Part 3 Class Q at Brick Barn, Primrose Hill, Main Road, by Hobills Ltd.

Newark: Tree works at 33 Winchilsea Avenue by Mr Gareth Staton.

Southwell: Proposed replacement of seven windows with timber framed, slimline, double glazed windows and a door, reinstating historical design at 27 Easthorpe by Mr Adam Hill.

Southwell: Certificate of Lawfulness for proposed change of use of the ground floor retail unit to residential use at 65 Church Street by Mr Dieter Schanzer.

Southwell: Application to determine if prior approval is required for change of use of existing un-used barn/stable building to create a single storey three-bedroom dwelling and associated domestic curtilage which may include extension of the building and/or building operations reasonably necessary for the conversion under Schedule 2 Part 3 Class Q at The Parks, Pollards Lane by Mr Jack Hammond.

Sutton On Trent: Erection of single storey garage and store room / farm office annexe to existing farm house at Oak House, Grassthorpe Road, by Mr and Mrs William Walker.

Syerston: New external render and roof tiles to the existing house, demolition of existing outbuildings which includes garages and stores to be replaced with a new single-storey building to include an office, storage and garages at Meadow Farm House, Main Street at Mr James Burns.

Winkburn: Two semi-detached dwellings with improved access driveway from Winkburn Lane on land to the rear Of 7 And 8 Roewood Lane by Mr Adrian Thornhill.

Winthorpe: Tree works at Winthorpe Hall, 74 Gainsborough Road, by Mr Robert Pountney.
