Young people from the Dukeries area near Ollerton, Nottinghamshire learnt CPR thanks to the Young People’s Centre and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service




Young people from the Dukeries area are getting the opportunity to learn important skills with Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

The session was held at Dukeries Young People's Centre and saw participants taught CPR.

They then learned how to respond to a workshop-based incident.

"I can now save someone's life," said one of the session participants.

The next session will be fire fitness involving a fire engine at the centre.

"This was a fantastic evening, thank you to all young people who participated, and to Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service for delivering a brilliant, life-saving workshop at Dukeries YPC," said an event spokesman.
