Lightning lights up the sky over Newark - your videos from last night's thunderstorm

Glimpses of lightning bolts have been captured on camera.

Thunderstorms were expected to make their way into Newark throughout the day yesterday, and when it eventually did, the cameras were at the ready.

This video (below) was captured by Coddington resident Wayne Keetley.

Lightning was also recorded from Caythorpe.
