Nottingham Forest, Love Island and Line of Duty stars to play in charity Notts Police match.




Nottinghamshire Police will be competing in a special charity football match to raise money to support services that tackle serious and violent crime.

The event will take place at Carlton Town Football Club on Sunday, July 14 from 10am to 6pm, with the match kicking off at 3pm.

The Notts Police All Star XI will face AC13 All Star XI, with famous footballers and celebrities including former Nottingham Forest's Marlon Harewood and David Johnson, England's Emile Heskey, Rio Ferdinand, Carlton Cole and Wes Brown all set to appear.

Former Love Island contestants, actors from Emmerdale, celebrity chef Tom Sellers and Line of Duty Asher Ali are all set to feature too.

There will be plenty of entertainment all day with live music from Trinity Square and Holly Fallon. Knife crime campaigners Trish Bergan, Channel Wallace and James Wood will also be speaking to the crowd.

Tickets are priced at £10 for adults, £5 for children/seniors, or £20 for family tickets.

There will also be a Caribbean barbecue and children's entertainment.
