Major disruption continues to affect train journeys through Newark Northgate Station




The major disruption to trains between Peterborough and Stevenage is expected to last until the end of the day, affecting services through Newark.

Trains through and arriving into Newark's Northgate Station continue to be affected by these disruptions.

It follows the theft of 200 metres of cable between Peterborough and Huntingdon, which has had to be replaced.

All lines between Peterborough and St Neots have reopened, however trains running between Peterborough and Stevenage may still be cancelled, delayed up to 30 minutes, or revised.
