Man, 54, arrested on suspicion of drink driving in Newark after seen driving erratically

A man was arrested on suspicion of drink driving on Saturday.

The 54-year-old was spotted by officers driving erratically on Beech Avenue, Newark, at around 5.30pm.

The offender was found to be nearly three times over the legal limit.

The driver will remain in custody and charged when fit.
