Anthony Doyle, 33, charged following Newark attempted burglary on Kelham Road

A man has been charged with attempted burglary in Newark.
The charges relate to an incident that happened just after 4am on Thursday June 27 at Kelham Road.
Anthony Doyle, 33, of no fixed address, was arrested by officers close to the scene shortly after the incident.
Officers received a call stating a man had smashed a window of Newark Antiques and Interiors.
He gained entry and attempted to steal items.
Doyle was also wanted for two shop thefts and a breach of court order.
He has been charged with all offences and remanded by the courts.
